ABOUT ME

I’m Manisha Sharma — a psychologist with 8+ years of practice and over 2200 hours of counseling. I help adults and young professionals navigate anxiety, career decisions, work–life balance, relationship stress and family dynamics using evidence-based approaches like REBT and existential frameworks.

My sessions are practical, empathetic and outcome-focused. I also design and run workshops on burnout prevention, time management, thought-process makeovers and Mental Health First Aid for corporates and student groups. I offer online and in-person sessions (Gurugram).
